YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

This position is a mid-level position and the position holder will be reporting to Production Manager (Üretim Müdürü).

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of production responsibilities. S/he will maintain and enhance the organization's production activities by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. 

Job Description:

• Manage Production Staff by explaining position’s aims and use every opportunity to lead them to these aims.
• Ensure the effective implementation of annual production plans with monthly updates.
• Ensure that the production activities are carried out in the expected quality, efficiency and quantity in accordance with the production schedule. 
• Plan and implement the tasks of manufacturing section. Evaluate, assign and rearrange the works of the subordinates.
• Lead the subordinates for the realization of the production targets, provide the controls for the production to be realized in the expected quality, efficiency and on time.
• Ensure that the annual quality targets are known by the subordinates, motivate them to achieve the targets.
• Analyze nonconforming production problems, ensure their correction and taking preventive and remedial actions
• Control and analyze material and production costs and ensure that remedial actions are taken.
• Encourage the suggestion system to direct all production department employees, including the operators, to the necessity of having ideas about the diagnosis and solution of the problem in order to make improvements with the principle of "the problem exists in every process". 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy and Material Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good level of English
• At least 7 years experience in production at iron & steel sector is a must,
• Service Center management experience ( especially Slitting lines) is a must
• preferably in international companies.
• To have stainless steel manufactuing background is a plus.
