QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Support the HR Section Manager to implement the HR strategy and ensure the HR calendar of activities is achieved within timelines.
  • Performing a range of HR processes which promote a positive and consistent employee experience.
  • Having an active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation & benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, occupational health and safety, training & development, succession planning etc.
  • Manage employees’ life cycle queries, preparing the necessary documents starting from hiring, job changes, until the end of labor contract – execution of the entire process in compliance with local laws and company’s policies and standards.
  • Develop the recruitment strategy that aids in filling vacancies efficiently and with the best candidate via utilizing different mediums to recruit. i.e., social media, industry networking, cold calling, and cooperation with the universities, etc.
  • Maintain recruitment process including candidate research, interview & assessment planning, and orientation program, perform full-cycle recruitment process for white/blue-collar employees (updating job descriptions, placing advertisements online, reviewing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.)
  • Support payroll process including collection, process, and verification of payroll data, working together with internal and external contributors.
  • Consult employees about HR-related topics.
  • Responsible for maintaining the employee database in the system and all employees’ records and personnel files.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse and report the results.
  • Prepare employee and workforce reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.



Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor's degree,
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, in manufacturing companies,
  • Good level of English is a must,
  • Industrial Relations experience is a strong asset,
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented,
  • Strong planning, organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Good knowledge of Labour Law, SSI Law, payroll, and all related critical administrative issues.
