YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of IT responsibilities. S/he will maintain the organization's IT processes by implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.

Job Description:

• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure and information systems of the company.
• Intervene in hardware and software problems that occur in physical servers, virtual servers, client computers and peripherals, taking quick action.
• Provide remote or on-site support to user problems and support requests.
• Ensure the regular backups of servers and data on the servers, perform feedback tests, controll logs and restore when necessary,
• Office 365 server Administration, security and auditing operations.
• Regularly monitor logs and interfaces of Firewall, Servers, Wireless networks, Managed switches and other important devices, to take configuration backups.
• Ensure the implementation of data management policies, including regulations regarding security, auditing and privacy.
• Create scenarios for possible security problems and ensure that necessary precautions are taken against security vulnerabilities.
• Take active role in the determination and implementation of the work to be done in the IT Department within the scope of GDPR / KVKK.
• Keep the record of all network, hardware and software inventory within the institution up-to-date. Ensure that the software inventories are kept in accordance with the law.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from related departments of Universities.
• Preferably having at least 3+ years of experience.
• Good level of English
