Job Description:

• Implement and manage production plan, outsourcing product process.
• Monitor and manage abnormality of equipment utilization, production efficiency and achievement rate.
• Reply sales department’s enquiry, review and confirm production order.
• Make annual/monthly/weekly stock planning of raw materials, materials, semi-finished products, finished products, organize stocks in line with the determined policy, keep entry and exit records, make annual counts, reconcile and report physical-material stock.
• Calculating MRP raw material, material and suggesting material requirement.
• Supporting the section manager to process the production order of raw material slitting and cutting and pipe making.
• In order to ensure that the information flow between departments is fast and healthy, the amount, quantity and use of raw materials to be used in production are known, the necessary data (opening a stock card, creating a product tree, raw material purchases / material information etc.) Ensuring and controlling the entry into the ERP program.
• Check all data entered regarding production and take necessary actions in any possible case.
• Control the monthly Raw Material, Waste, Semi-Finished, Finished, Count, Input and Output Costing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Engineering departments
• Min. 2 years of production planning.
• Prefably good level of English.
