This position is a mid-level managerial position and the position will be reporting to QA Department Manager.

The purpose of the job is managing the full scope of Quality Control responsibilities, maintaining the organization's Quality Control activities by implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. 

Job Description:

• Set up QC policy, procedures, programs, and plans implement and manage all QC related activities accordingly.
• Make quality control plans and ensure that controls are carried out at critical control points in accordance with the plan and production is realized with the expected quality and low wastage rate.
• Ensure that all quality controls are managed from raw material input to product output.
• Implement and improve TQM for the sustainable product quality.
• Amend and oversee the inspection system inclusive of IQC, IPQC, FQC, to comply with quality assurance standards stipulated from product standard & clients’requirement accordingly.
• Analyze the root cause of the products returned due to product quality, manage the process with the production department, solve the problem and ensure that the necessary measures are taken to prevent the error from recurring.

Requirements:

• Good Level of English.
• Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical / Material Engineering. Preferably Master's Degree in related departments.
• Having at least 5 years of experience, at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 10002, 14001.
• Knowledge of FMEA, QCC, Seven Quality Tools, 8D.
