Raw Material Purchasing Section Manager

YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Raw Material Purchaising responsibilities. S/he will maintain and enhance the organization's raw material purchaising activities by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. 

Job Description:

• Draft and implement the purchase plan of raw materials.
• Market research on the source, quality service and price of raw materials.
• Collection of basic supplier information and log-in management matters.
• Develop new third-party vendors, conduct surveys and evaluations, and confirm samples and specifications.
• Ask for the manufacturer's price estimate, compare it and select the purchase object.
• The drafting of the price comparison and bargaining regulations related to purchases.
• The drafting and implementation of the purchase contract.
• Follow-up of the filling, outsourcing and material receipt dates of the purchase order form.
• Development and implementation of purchase payment methods.
• Other matters assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Experience in steel industry. Stainless steel experience is a plus. 
• Bachelor’s Degree from Business/Economics/Engineering etc. Preferably Master's Degree in related departments,
• Having at least 5 years experience, at least 1 years of managerial experience,
• Advanced Level English,
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
