YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment, under construction period. Once fully operative company will be active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Producurement responsibilities. S/he will maintain and enhance the organization's procurement activities by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. 

Job Description:

• Set up, implement and manage all domestic and international procurement activities including supply chain management, risk planning, budget, market analysis, supplier contracts, supplier visits, insurance etc.
• Determine the company's supply chain management policies together with the department manager, to define supply management systems and processes in this direction, and to ensure their effective implementation.
• Evaluate and consolidate the department's annual purchasing plans, create the company's annual consolidated direct (production-related raw materials, materials, packaging, etc.) and indirect (stationery, kitchen & cleaning supplies, security services, etc.) material and service purchase plan, monitor and update monthly and quarterly
• Identify suppliers in line with the company's purchasing items, make supplier visits, select and evaluate them with the relevant departments, create an approved supplier list, develop and constantly update the supplier pool.
• Conduct market research, collect and evaluate offers with relevant departments, and negotiate offers in line with the company's purchasing targets and purchase requests from departments. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Business/Economics/Engineering etc. Preferably Master's Degree in related departments,
• Having at least 5 years experience, at least 1 years of managerial experience,
• Good Level English both speaking and writing,
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
