QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since our establishment in 2001, we really care about the satisfaction of our business partners and colleagues, especially our users.

As we continue to serve as Turkey's first online food ordering platform, we also offer grocery shopping within minutes with Yemeksepeti Banabi and quick commerce options from people’s local neighborhood markets and shops via Yemeksepeti Mahalle.

Yemek.com is also a Yemeksepeti establishment. We deliver delicious recipes, new discoveries and videos and various contents to millions of users everyday.

We continue to work on our native payment system with Yemeksepeti Pay.

In 2015, we became a part of Delivery Hero, the world’s largest online food and grocery ordering platform and since then we kept on growing and getting stronger.

REQUIREMENT LIST

  • At least 2 years of university education,
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English,
  • Having excellent computer skills,
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple areas,
  • Adopting teamwork mindset,
  • Having confident in tone and confident,
  • Able to work on shifts,
  • Able to think quickly and make the right decision.


RECIPE OF THE JOB

  • Will deal with requests and complaints from users and restaurants
  • Being able to track orders
  • Working from home will not be a problem.
