We are looking for a “Business Analyst” to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst
• Work experience in Visio, Jira, and MS Project
• Professional knowledge of UML and Mockup
• Agile/ Scrum experience is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytic capabilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately and provide a superior customer/client experience

Requirements:

• Analyze business needs
• Create and manage project documentation, including business requirements, functional design documents
• Prepare mockups
• Involve in the software development lifecycle, work as a team player with business parts and software developers, and be proactive for the success of the project
• Take responsibility for the user acceptance tests and change management
