For our growing organization, we are looking for a "Content Marketing Graphic Designer"  to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office. 

Our new graphic designer will be part of our growing communications team and will help our digital marketing team to have a better presence and visibility on digital channels.  This creative member of our team will be responsible from creating and producing marketing artwork, designing guidelines, templates and also specific social media and web contents to ensure quality and consistency of our general outlook.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Designing compelling and consistent digital creatives with the marketing team,
• Collaborating with marketing teams to prepare guidelines and templates, ensuring consistency across all work,
• Brainstorming with social media teams to create new content, campaigns and ad strategies,
• Designing content, social profiles, ads and other elements,
• Producing artwork for social media accounts, newsletters, blogs and catalogs,
• Preparing visual materials to communicate ideas and concepts with internal and external stakeholders,
• Coordinating agencies, art services, web designers, printers, and other third-party suppliers when necessary.

 Qualifications:

• University Degree in a related area or credible work experience,
• At least 3 years of professional experience as graphic designer,
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and preferably video editing tools like After Effects, Premier,
• Ability to think creatively within strategic direction and to produce under pressure,
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX concepts, branding, typography, layouts and templates,
• Attention to details, having a keen eye for aesthetics and effective communication skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time,
• Social skills to work in cooperation both with internal and external stakeholders,
• Photography/video shooting experience is a plus.
