We are looking for a Corporate Finance Assistant Managerto be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields from a reputable university

• Minimum 6 years of related work experience, preferably in Big 4 companies, consulting, international finance corporations (e.g. IFC, EBRD, development banks, etc.), or investment banking

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) in both English and Turkish

• Global M&A knowledge, good business understanding, problem-solving skills, and business intuition

• Strong work initiative and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

• Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Good teamwork skills

• Ability to operate with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality,

• Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment

• No travel restrictions

Requirements:

• Carry out project management of key elements for the deal execution

• Manage projects and processes in M&A, investor private placement, privatization, and financing deals

• Manage short-term financing facility applications (i.e. bridge, term loan, Sukuk, Eurobond), draft term sheets, and analyze financing structure

• Actively participate in due-diligence processes for acquisitions and provide key inputs to relevant acquisitions agreements

• Conduct sector research for M&As and documentation, such as information memorandum, teaser, management presentation, etc., prepare spin-off projects, and contact strategic partners/divisions

• Have presentation skills in pitching and negotiating the project results as well as documentation capabilities

• Identify risks and issues related to strategic and integration planning, timelines, and functional areas

• Review legal documentation together with the internal legal team

• Participate in tender processes of opportunities located in Türkiye or abroad

• Analyze financial and operational data of a wide range of companies

• Review assigning a value to target companies based on asset work and the comparable worth of similar companies

• Fulfill ad hoc analysis or report requests of the President or the BoD members for various purposes
