We are looking for an Enterprise Architecture/Project Management Specialist to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Scope of Work: Finance Project Management / Monitoring, Digitalization, Process Management, Corporate Development, Coordination & Executive Reporting

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field

· Minimum 3 years of project management and/or business analysis experience, preferably in finance 

·   Expertise in process management is an asset

·   Knowledge of process management and/or business analysis is an asset

·   Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English

·  Ability to manage multidisciplinary and multi-level meeting sessions, ability to see the “big-picture”, ability to sustain a positive approach, focusing on the solution at all times

·    Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and scheduling skills

· Comprehension of the importance of documentation and diligence while documenting

·    Knowledge of MS Project and/or MS Visio, or other PM tools is an asset

·    Interest and basic knowledge in Fintech

·    PMP, ACM, CBAP certification or education is an asset

·    Ability to adapt to change and to lead others

Requirements:

· Participate in the business analysis, user testing go-live processes of the digitalization projects

·   Participate finance projects

· Analyze and design processes working on organizational and corporate development projects

·  Develop standard project management (PM) workflows and tools 

· Execute PM processes for finance project portfolios, document decisions, track actions, monitor stages and status, and ensure the integrity of the project database 

·  Prepare periodic PM reports, organize and manage PM meetings, monitor risks

·  Prepare and/or consolidate executive reports

· Coordinate interdisciplinary parties and manage projects when assigned

· Help create institutionalized relationships among Finance departments and other functions
