We are looking for a Foreign Trade Manager for YILDIRIM Group’s fertilizers & chemicals subsidiary,YILFERT Holding, to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak,Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or International Trade
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import and export
• Working experience in sales in the fertilizers and chemicals industry
• Good knowledge of payment transactions in import and export
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; German, French, Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese as a second language is an asset
• Outstanding communication, representation, interpersonal, and persuasive skills 
• Teamwork and time management competency in planning and coordinating various work assignments
• High level of problem-solving, analytical thinking, and research skills
• Able to adopt a proactive approach and result-oriented mindset
• No restrictions on international travel

Requirements: 

• Support all import, export, planning, and operation processes
• Perform export and import stages in line with the Company’s targets
• Contact existing customers and suppliers in the export and import markets, along with new customers and suppliers
• Monitor competitors and industry activities on a regular basis and prepare analysis reports
• Hold responsibility for improving foreign trade policies and procedures
• Issue relevant agreements
• Coordinate all documents are fully recorded as per the legislation and company procedures 
• Participate in international fairs and represent the Company
