For our growing organization, we are looking for an ‘Internal Audit Manager’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for;

• Design, plan and lead risk based internal audits (including financial, compliance and operational perspectives) within general areas assigned by the Internal Audit Director and Annual Audit Plan,
• Producing well-drafted audit reports and presenting audit findings to management by identifying deficiencies, risks and impacts and recommending corrective actions,
• Sharing audit results with the group companies and offering action plans,
• Following up on action plan progress and ensuring that the recommendations are implemented in a timely manner as committed by the process owners,
• Interacting with company management and key personnel to build/maintain ongoing business relationships by utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Performing well-prepared risk analysis to maintain effective and efficient internal control environment within the company,
• Developing auditors who are direct reports or are working on the same projects,
• Carrying out special projects as requested.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or other related fields,
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in internal auditing or audit/risk/controlling consulting,
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, (Russian, Spanish or Portuguese as a second language is preferred),
• Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably SAP),
• The ability to work autonomously and run projects to a high standard, whilst managing your time successfully,
• Problem solving, analytical thinking and communication skills,
• Ability to work well under pressure, whilst producing results,
• A strong self-discipline and a willingness to improve,
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other audit related certifications are highly desirable,
• No restriction for domestic and international travel.
