For our growing organization, we are looking for an ‘Operational Auditor’ to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum experience of 4 years in auditing or audit/risk/controlling consulting,
• Good command of understanding in optimization on any process,
• Knowledge of health & safety & environment audits will be an asset,
• Business oriented (ability to understand the audit context),
• Turkish and English, both written & spoken, are the working languages, (Russian, Spanish or Portuguese as a second language is preferred), 
• Deep knowledge of auditing standards and best practices,
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
• Outstanding problem solving and analytic capabilities, 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Working under the Group’s Audit Department,
• To appraise the effectiveness and efficiency of a division, activity, or operation of the entity in meeting organizational goals,
• Identifying and working on the areas in need of improvements and monitoring the effect,
• To understand the responsibilities and risks faced by an organization,
• Monitoring compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices and documentation,
• Conducting risk-based health & safety audits with minimal input from supervisor. Independently plans work to meet assigned audit objectives (Preferred),
• Testing the compliance of existing internal controls and evaluation of existing controls, policies & procedures for improvement,
• To identify, with management participation, opportunities for improving control,
• Preparing and distributing draft reports to the executive management; and completing audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
