REQUIREMENTS

• University degree from a reputable university
  
• 3-5 years experience in relevant role
  
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must
  
• Excellent communication and relation management skills
  
• Working capability of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Ability to generate reports under tight deadlines
  
• High attention to details
  
• SAP knowledge is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Takes sales information and prepare the order confirmation/contract, supporting the customer by sending requested documents regarding the company and the products.
  
• To reserve & allocate the products from stocks or to send order to the supplier based on the sales contracts
  
• To contact with supplier about the product specifications.
  
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails and phone calls, managing the correspondence between the sales team, the logistics team and their clients.
  
• Deals with any customer complaints
  
• Keep all contact information for clients in the system updated
  
• Prepares and update the reports (weekly offers, order book, sales & stock tables, etc…)
