For our growing organization, we are looking for a "Senior Content Marketing Specialist"  to be based in YILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak Office. 

Our new digital content production specialist will be part of our growing communications team and will generate content ideas, execute production projects and develop necessary guidelines, templates, tools, and media channels to help improve our communications efforts and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a comprehensive communication plan according to group strategies and deciding related digital media channels,
• Clarifying long-term communication priorities, generating content ideas, preparing schedules and execution plans,
• Maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keeping up-to-date with relevant developments,
• Tracking updates within the group companies and communicating with internal stakeholders to collect communication contents and details,
• Creating new communication subjects, developing master content for group websites, social media accounts, and publications,
• Following relevant benchmarks and trends, keeping content production up-to-date, utilizing new tools and formats,
• Preparing internal and external e-mails, newsletters and blogs,
• Writing, editing, or proof-reading copies of websites, blogs and social media contents,
• Directing third party relationships with production agencies and evaluating performances,
• Participating in media planning and performance measurement of paid-media marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, media, or engineering,
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management or digital content production, preferably both within a holding company and a digital agency,
• High level of marketing, communications, media knowledge, familiarity with key organizations, agencies and creative talent,
• Practical experience with social media channels and digital marketing platforms, familiarity with most recent apps and platforms,
• Creativity to develop communication subjects, themes and long-term collaboration ideas,
• Experience in working with design teams, and capability to evaluate visual content and design,
• Excellent use of English and Turkish. Ability to write, edit and proof-read content copies,
• Excellent planning skills, ability to create comprehensive content plans,
• Social skills to work in cooperation both with internal and external stakeholders,
• Performance marketing and media budget optimization experience is a plus.
