We as Yıldırım Holding are looking for a "Senior Financial Controlling Specialist" to be based in Headquarter Financial Controlling Department for our growing organization. 

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics,

·        4-6 years of total experience preferably on financial operations and accounting,

·        Good knowledge of Turkish accounting standards,

·        Fluent in English both verbal and written,

·        Good knowledge of MS Office programs is a must,

·        Be highly analytical, detail oriented and problem solver together with exceptional critical thinking skills,

·        Ability to multitask, and take ownership of work, 

·        Good communication skills and a team player,

·        Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Following and controlling daily/weekly/monthly payments of Subsidiaries considering internal group policies.

·        Coordinates any optimization process, through the improvement of the existing payment system or through improved procedures

·        Analyzes any significant variances in payment results to ensure the corrective or the improvement actions, as needed. 

·        Responsible for monthly controlling of salary payments for some of subsidiaries

·        Implementing and continuously improving financial controls,

·        Additional controller duties as necessary.
