For one of our growing subsidiaries, Sealease, we are looking for a ‘Senior Key Account Specialist’ to be based inYILDIRIM Group Headquarter, Maslak/İstanbul Office.

Today Sealease is active across five specific boat segments: Yacht charters, Day-charters, Passenger boats, utility boats and Living boats. 

 Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience either as a leasing consultant/analyst with  project/account management experience  or a project/account management specialist in the finance field, preferably experienced in leasing sector, 
• Knowledge in maritime business is an asset,
• Knowledgeable in lease products and processes,
• Understanding of local regulations and eager to learn universal lease regulations and compliance,
• Solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills,
• Well-informed individual who displays sound judgment and attention to detail,
• Capable networker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Knowledgeable in project management methodologies,
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office,
• Professional competency level of verbal and written English,
• Comfortable working in a matrix organizational structure.

Job Description

• Coordinating the information flow (Lease Quotation, Term Sheet, Lease Agreement etc.) between Sealease which operates in Brussels/Belgium and the related business units of Yildirim Holding HQ in İstanbul/Turkey,
• Coordinating lease viewings, follow-ups,
• Coordinating and scheduling the processesbetween Sealease and Yildirim Holding HQ, adhering to corporate procedures,
• Manage regulatory and compliance related services within Yildirim Holding HQ and the leasing company,
• Supporting other finance projects/financial coordination issues of Yildirim Holding HQ, when necessary.
