QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our growing organization, we are looking for a “Senior Organizational Development Specialist” to be based in YILDIRIM Holding,YILDIRIM Tower, Maslak.

 As a valuable part of the Global HR Team, you will:

  •        Act as the CoE and be responsible for designing & developing HR processes and projects such as performance management, talent management, organizational design & workforce planning, employer branding & engagement, Digital Transformation Processes,
  •        Work on the development of innovative OD and development projects, initiatives for the development of the group's culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, leadership capability and all employee development-related initiatives.
  •        Contribute to identifying productivity opportunities by analyzing the organization and processes,
  •        Prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures,
  •        Take an active role in developing competency assessment strategies and improving the individual development planning process,
  •        Execute yearly Integrated Talent Management Cycle in accordance with group strategies,
  •        Propose and design programs for building and improving two-way feedback culture across the organization,
  •        Lead the employee engagement survey process by designing employee engagement programs and initiatives, 

  •        Align and cooperate with corporate communications teams for internal and external communication strategy and studies,

  •         Brief and lead communications agency in all functional projects.

         We want you to join us if you:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related disciplines,
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Organizational Development, Performance Management or Talent Management,
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Modules,
  • Are fluent in English (both written & verbal),
  • Are a good team player with strong communication skills,
  • Are good at problem-solving and project management,
  • Are able to learn and adapt quickly with a high level of energy,
  • Are able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines,
  • Have cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Have a willingness to transform, change and look for better solutions.
