Job Description:

We are looking for a “Sports Marketing Manager” to lead the marketing activities . Our Sports Marketing Manager will become a leader in our growing marketing team and will be coordinating sports activities,  marketing our products and services related to sports. 

Our Sports Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for building an excellent marketing strategy, growing our fan base, creating strong relationships, and managing sports-related marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow our fan base by understanding the target sports audience, and create awareness among the sports community
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders 
• Initiate long-term collaborations with sponsors
• Attend meetings, daily standups, and conferences
• Coordinate the communication within marketing, design, and media teams
• Develop effective brand and marketing strategies and generate creative campaigns
• Coordinate with the designers to create a strong and compelling brand look, and design communication materials, such as logos, social media contents, and web pages
• Create online-offline campaigns to promote the upcoming sports events
• Create online-offline campaigns to generate merchandise sales
• Use analytical tools to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns 
• Stay updated with the latest global trends in the sport industry
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the representatives of related organizations and other clubs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Sports Marketing Manager, or in a similar management position
• Knowledge of football teams and organizations, preferably familiarity with other sports branches 
• Experience in marketing of textile/fashion products and merchandise sales
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and website analytics
• Leadership skills to manage both internal and external resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent time management abilities
• Attention to detail, having a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to write copies in a creative manner
