We are looking for a
Human Resources Senior Specialist to be based in
YILPORT Holding Gebze Terminal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field (Master’s degree in HRM or Organizational Development is preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of working experience on human resources processes,
- Advanced Level of English knowledge,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with individuals from various countries, cultures and levels within an organization,
- Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
- Excellent written / oral communication and presentation skills,
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude,
- Ability to manage multiple projects,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli or İstanbul – Anatolian side.

- Developing policies and strategies and preparing proposal about HR policies,
- Carries about all HR process including recruiting, grading, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, career management,
- Responsible for all workday process,
- Develop a positive employee relation environment and conduct customer-oriented approach at all levels,
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with the culture,
- Generate creative ideas in organizing social and employee engagement activities for employees and support stronger internal communication within the organization,
- Monitor and apply HR Best practices,
- Develop a strong continuous improvement culture.
