QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
- Minimum BS degree in Geological Engineering,
- Minimum 6 years of applicable experience,
- Proficiency in both English and Turkish,
- Good written and verbal skills,
- Experience in project evaluation and assessment,
- Having experiences in field mapping and prospecting for exploration projects in mining industry,
- Experience working with GIS or 3D modelling softwares like ArcGIS, MapInfo, Leapfrog, etc),
- Working knowledge of QAQC theory and application in sampling practices and assessment of analytical data
- Competency in all aspects of exploration and drilling project management,
- Experience in varied commodities, with varied formations is a plus,
- Class C driver's license and manual 4WD experienced or certification
- Willing and able to work in remote locations including abroad Turkey,
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers,
- Completed his military service (for male candidates)
- Having incremental knowledge about the geology (preferably Turkey, Western Tethys)
İŞ TANIMI
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Targeting, planning and execution of drilling programs including data management and QAQC
- Execution and planning of geochemical exploration and mapping programs
- Performing and reporting geological and geotechnical logging,
- Ensuring best practice procedures and operations are in place and maintained through the exploration function
- Interpretation of drill results
- Providing assistance to mine or near mine exploration
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff
- Manage multiple or camp scale projects and analyze all work, coordinate and provide assistance to project team,
- Prepare various routine reports and correspondence and prepare all complex reports,
- Collaborate with specialists and technicians and organize all field work with geologists,
- Managing of subcontractors,
- Design project proposals and calculate project budgets and fees under supervision,
