We are looking for a suitable candidate for Trade Compliance Specialist/ Senior Specialist position, which is a part of Treasury Department and Credit Risk& Compliance Sub-Department.

What are we looking for in Trade Compliance Specialists/ Senior Specialists ? 
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required,
  • Minimum of 3 years directly-related (Trade Compliance/ Finance, International Trade or Auditing) professional work experience,
  • Must be a collaborative team player, possess multi-tasking abilities, have a client focus, adaptive, and work effectively in a time sensitive and dynamic environment. Strong analytical, project management, problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills. Professional maturity to work with minimal daily supervision while balancing numerous priorities,
  • Strong attention to detail, good record-keeping skills,
  • Ability to develop, follow, manage and enforce processes and standard operating procedures,
  • Fluent in English.


İŞ TANIMI

Specifically, you will:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive internal export and import controls to ensure compliance with Turkish and foreign regulations in the conduct of international marketing, sales, supply chain and other business activities. 
  • Maintain applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements, 
  • Establish and maintain training and audit assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Follow-up import/export regulations in the countries operating in,
  • Assist on the elaboration, update, communication and enforcement of compliance procedures,
  • Provide daily compliance checks for export/import transactions, 
  • Help provide training and awareness on compliance issues to the business lines.
