Export Manager

For the growing organization of our Romania Plant, we are looking for candidates for Export Manager role who will locate in Pitesti/Romania

Export Manager should have/be;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree 
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in building materials or furniture components industry
• At least 3 years of experience in a regional role, preferably in EU countries.
• Market development and/or market entry experience, as a process leader of a multi-branded portfolio.
• Excellent command of English; a second language is a strong asset
• A strong analytical profile with problem solving attitude in order to create strategic influence
• Financial literacy
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Open & willing to travel in the export regions for more than 50% of total working time

Export Manager will be responsible for;

• Developing and implementing strategic export sales plans and export sales forecasts to achieve corporate objectives as per main product groups
• Managing export sales activities and coordinating export sales distribution by establishing sales territories
• Co-Leading marketing activities in line with marketing plans and coordinating with the business partners
• Strategic Account Management, preferably in industry channel & B2B channel, Top wholesale accounts
• Coordinating agents in European markets
