QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for Enterprise Architecture Director. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead the analysis of the current technology environment; recommend solutions for improvement including the digital workplace.
  • Lead the analysis of the technology industry and market trends to determine impacts on enterprise architecture.
  • Develop and implement technology architecture strategies and standards for multiple IT and business domains including: security, infrastructure, operations, enterprise, customer, refinery, and store systems, ensuring compliance within each.
  • Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements
  • Creat business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.
  • Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
  • Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
  • Provide collaborative leadership to the architecture team in the development of enterprise, solution, and technical architecture.
  • Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.
  • Develop, document, communicate, and enable architecture vision and principles for standardizing systems and software.
  • Follow change management processes.
  • Manage Application Portfolio and run Application Rationalization studies to optimize opex/capex expenditures.
  • Oversee documentation of all architecture design and analysis work.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies.
  • Alignment between business strategy and the technology roadmap.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience implementing enterprise systems, with minimum 3 years in architect roles. There should be proven experience and understanding of multi-tier application development in enterprise environments
  • Graduate degree from reputable universities; Master degree is an additional asset,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Good leadership and motivational skills.
  • Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills and ability to work with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds are essential
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in modeling and graphic representations
  • High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to manage a variety of cross-organizational projects (scope, stakeholders, desired outcomes) working closely with broad range of internal and external teams,
  • Experience in technology vendor/service provider  evaluation and management. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and statistical tools
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
