Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for a Financial Analyst who will work in Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları A.Ş. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

Job Description:

• Prepaing strategic plan of franchising business of Seç stores in close partnership with the operating team
• Preparing, analyzing and following up the Seç annual budget
• Drive operating performance, delivering on business initiatives, growth and profitability
• Analysing financial and operational results to better understand  performance of Seç
• Identify opportunities for strategic business growth and assess medium to long term investment opportunities
• Ensure the efficiency of internal controls and procedures, appropriate Authorisation Policy in place
  

Qualifications:

• University degree from related departments
• 5+ years of total relevant professional experience
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong financial skills and highly commercial mindset
• Commercial business experience is required and a good understanding of  retail market is desirable
• Strong and varied experience in a finance role including responsibility of a team
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and control mechanism
• Strong leadership and sense of mission- create direction
• Drives alignment
• Strong priority setting skills
• Ability to work in a small structure with strategic and operational activities
