Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast-growing groups of Turkey, is looking for a HR Specialist responsible for the Talent, Reward and Performance process. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

Job Description

• Plan of the needs and the processes within the scope of employee 's loyalty and satisfaction searches, developing the most appropriate solutions, conducting research, analyzing the results that will guide the action plans, supporting HR Partners and related functions

• Take part in competence and potential evaluation processes, developing systems that will guide the company's backup plans and creating talent matrice

• Salary analysis and defining the needs of company salary policies, bonus calculation

• Follow the salary researches and performing sectoral analysis

• Carry out the annual salary increases process

• Create the competency maps of the company

• Prepare the contents of the data that used in the performance system, carry out the operational processes

• Realize the KPI process monitoring

• Manage 360 Degree Competency Evaluation System

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from reputable universities (Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, etc.) 

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent, Reward and Performance

• Preferably mastering in SAP – HR programs

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines required 

• Self-disciplined team worker with excellent communication skills 

• Strong business analysis, analytical thinking and problem solving skills 

• Responsible owner, careful and excellent attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
