International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Turkey, is looking for International Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Ensure revisions of group transfer pricing policy.
• Preparation and submission of CbCR.
• Preparation of Master File.
• Review of TP benchmark analysis.
• Review of annual transfer pricing reports and forms of the Turkish companies.
• Provide advisory services for transfer pricing and international tax matters.
• Management of tax due diligences & tax structuring projects in M&A transactions.
• Follow-up for daily transactions of affiliates abroad.
• Review of annual tax returns of affiliates abroad.
• Follow-up the international tax updates and inform the management.
• Management of international tax matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Administration or related fields from reputable universities.
• Minimum 8 years of total tax experience in Big 4 companies or tax departments of other multinational organizations.
• High level of technical knowledge.
• Strong experience in international taxation, transfer pricing and M&A projects.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• A problem solver with a very good analytical thinking skills to be able to deal with multiple projects.
• High level of managerial skills and ability to lead the team.
• CPA certification is a must.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
