We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic team members to take an active role as Customer Services Assistant Specialist be based in YILPORT Holding Gemlik terminal. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from a university, preferably in Maritime Business and Administration, International Trade or Logistics,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are preferable),
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.),
• Excellent communication skills especially when working with a team,
• Working knowledge of TOS is a plus (preferably Navis),
• Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
• A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description, 
• Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,
• Strong analytical capability, detail oriented, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks, simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills combined with good counselling and listening skills,
• Willing and able to work in a dynamic work environment,
• Residence in Bursa,
• Able to work from home,
• Willing and able to work in shifts,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Team Leader of Yılport Holding, the responsibilities of Customer Services Assistant Specialist be as follows:

• Create a positive first impression with customers by providing professional, efficient, and customer focused service through phone and e-mail in timely and accurate manner,
• Serve as liaison between operation, management and customer to improve customer and business productivity in line with the Global Logistics Center’s goals,
• Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner
• Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose,
• Communicate customer feedbacks to Operation, Planning, and Business Development departments in order to develop processes for better serving customers,
• Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends.
