For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as a “Technical Services Department Intern”.

 The position will be based in YILPORT Holding headquarters located at YILDIRIM Tower, Maslak, Istanbul, TURKEY.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4th year or master’s degree students preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems and/ or Information Systems, and other related programs,
• Flexible to work 2-4 full days a week,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese are preferable), 
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Projects) and Mini tab etc.), preferably in Excel and data review,
• Experience in data collection, data optimization, process improvements,
• Mid-level of SQL Knowledge, Qlik Sense, KNIME,
• Ability to convert available data in comprehensible formats, to identify irregularities in data streams and presentations,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse workforce at all levels in a multi-cultural environment and team,
• Must be a creative thinker, focused, and attentive to detail and accuracy,
• Reside in/able to relocate İstanbul. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Reporting to Business Analyst, the position will be mainly responsible for assisting data collection, review and report conversions as set out by Management.

Additional responsibilities will be as follows:

• Assisting in data consolidation related to Global standards and prepares reports for spare parts usage, work orders and time keeping and equipment performance,
• Providing support for monthly reports, including equipment performance, cost and spare parts usage, to the point analyses for asset performance,
• Compiling KPIs for further analysis with Qlik Sense, KNIME,
• Providing support for the ongoing collection of available equipment data.
