For our growing team, we are looking for enthusiastic team members to take an active role as an Budget and Controlling Specialist to be based in YILPORT Holding Headquarter in Maslak.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields from reputable Universities,
• Have 2-3 years of experience in budget & controlling preferably in a multinational company,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must (Spanish, Portuguese as a second language is preferred),
• Professional knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably SAP),
• Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
• Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

Reporting to Budget and Controlling Manager, Budget and Controlling Specialist will work closely with local and regional teams and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Supporting monthly, quarterly, annual, analysis & reporting processes,
• Driving efficiencies in processes through standardization between regions and automation of reports & templates,
• Communicating internal deadlines within Yılport Holding and follow up timely delivery to meet reporting deadlines,
• Analyzing needs of Yılport Holding and set up clear business processes to be implemented,
• Supporting the preparation of the detailed budget processes and rolling forecasts,
• Supporting both regional and local sales/operational teams on financial issues and decisions,
• Working together with regional teams and abroad,
• Performing financial and variance analysis for key profitability drivers & P&L figures.
