For our growing team at Global Logistics Center, we are looking for bright, hardworking and enthusiastic team members to take an active role in Terminal Operating System Deployment function. 

“TOS Deployment Assistant Specialist” will be based in YILPORT Holding Gebze terminal.

NOTE: The first interview will be conducted via a digital platform called "HR Venue" (a video based online interview system). The candidates who have the desired qualifications will receive an invitation from the HR Venue. 

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or any other related programs,
• Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are preferable),
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.),
• Technical knowledge of software and computer would be preferred,
• Understanding of project management, change management, and escalation processes would be preferred,
• Ability to develop a client service organization,
• Excellent analytical skills, teamwork skills and multi-task orientation,
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment,
• Ambitious and motivated for a career in global port operations,
• No obligation to travel abroad,
• Completed military service requirement (for male candidates only),
• Reside in Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul is preferred.

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide configuration of TOS, workflow mapping as per business requirements, system testing, and integration,
• Configure and maintain TOS, its specific modules and its interfaces with the other applications,
• Provide level 1 issue support to end users at the terminal. Respond to queries regarding status on resolving specific business application problems,
• Provide trainings regarding with TOS for end users and prepare training materials,
• Follow new application packages/patches/releases according to business requirements,
• Provide system monitoring and audit of operational processes,
• Prioritize reported issues to accurately identify, escalate, and respond to urgent or critical matters,
• Provide input and support to the implementation of application portfolio - TOS, ERP and other terminal applications.
