Quality Control Manager

YKK METAL VE PLASTİKÜRÜNLERİ SANAYİVE TİCARET A.Ş.

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager with the following qualifications bellow who will work in the factory of YKK, an international Japanese company operating in the production of textile accessories, located in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Textile Engineering,Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Degree
• At least 8 years experience in manager positions in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent knowledge in problem solving tools (8D,  A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc)
• Experience in supplier quality management
• Experience in IATF 16949  management systems and tools (FMEA, PPAP)
• Excellent command of English (Currently active verbal and written English)
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Problem solver and results oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence
• Class B driver's license and active driver
• Those who reside / can reside in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Saray or Çorlu.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Has leadership role in auditing and assuring that the quality system requirements are being met by production site and the supplier site.
• Update and improve quality control guidelines and testing procedures.
• Ensures that raw material and finished product quality and reliability are in compliance with product specifications.
• Being part of the supplier selection process, first part qualification and supplier quality assurance.
• Leading the team of Quality laboratory technicians and engineers, driving capability improvements, providing coaching and technical trainings.
• Constantly follows and stays up to date with national and international standards, customer specifications, and requirements for full compliance.
• Monitoring, analyzing and solving any potential events which may cause and product deviations from Quality Standards or resulting in Customer Complaints.
• Manages customer complaints and relevant procedures.
• Prepares and conducts training programs to support all departments and company employees for compliance with quality policy of the company.
• Works in harmony with cross functional organizations within the scope of project management.
