 As a Sales Account Manager (Izmir) you are contributing to: 

  • Academic degree in Engineering disciplines  ( especially Electrical or Electronics; Chemical,  Mechatronic Engineering)
  • 3-5 year work experience in Process Automation environment as a Sales Account Manager or relevant role
  • A strong network within the target markets will be preferred
  • Proven experience in the sales of Industrial Automation projects and good understanding of the applications within the target markets
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation abilities and teamwork capability
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Willingness to travel both onshore and offshore
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Native Turkish Speaker
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • For male candidates, completion of Military Service

What you will bring to us:

·        As part of the PCI ( Process Control Instrumentation) Sales team, your key responsibilities include:

·        Active sales of Industrial Automation projects

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Ensure all sales activities within the Ethical rules and meet Sales Life Cycle requirements
  • Report to Team Leader
