We have a strong corporate culture that places emphasis on open communication and teamwork. We are looking for a “E Commerce / Corporate Sales Specialist” who can play a role in the systematic and continuous development of e-commerce with our young and talented team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Achieving B2B and B2C sales targets according to the company policy and implementing existing sales action plans into the field,
- Using existing sales channels effectively and expand the B2B customer portfolio by reaching potential B2B/B2C customers in the related regions by visiting them, attending fairs/seminars etc.,
- Planning and researching the potential supplier/sender/B2B sales process and making relevant field visits,
- Increasing customer acquisition and contribute to business development by making necessary analyzes and evaluations about potential customers,
- Ensuring the commercial and operational execution of foreign/domestic Marketplace processes and e-commerce sales channels,
- Increase the interaction between Marketplaces and our company,
- Working towards sales and profitability targets on customer basis, taking charge in pricing analysis,
- Increasing the e-commerce sales volume by determining opportunities and risks, following closely the innovations in this field,
- Sustaining content management, campaign management, order management and customer relationship management of relevant foreign/domestic e-commerce sales channels,
- Maintaining the communication with active customers and supporting the implementation of business development activities,
- Obtaining information about customer and customer satisfaction by following the sales process and making relevant data entries to the CRM system.
- Preparing the necessary sales reports periodically,
- Finding manufacturers and suppliers for our online marketplace and closing deals with them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, product management and business development in e-commerce sector / virtual marketplaces,
- Having advanced level of English, able to communicate easily with our B2B and B2C customers by speaking and writing, preferably Arabic speaker,
- Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon etc. experience of marketplaces are strong plus,
- Strong communication skills for sales, high persuasion and communication skills, advanced negotiation skills, customer-oriented,
- Having analytical thinking skills, able to analyze and report,
- Being able to adapt to intense working hours and flexible working hours, without any obstacles to domestic and international travel,
- Proficient at MS Office programs, especially able to use Excel and presentation programs at an advanced level,
- Having planning and organizational skills,
- Target and result oriented, strong business follow-up,
- Open to innovations and improved creativity,
- Prone to teamwork,
- Has a driving license and can actively drive,
- No military service for male candidates,
