QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

INTERRA has big building automation network which organized with distributor, partner and dealer network in 55 countries. To take part in this organization we are looking for technical support engineer team mates.


  • Completing project analyses based on the customer requirements regarding Home/Building automations and determine the appropriate solutions
  • Making Architect, Project company, Electrical Contracting companies and end user visits to increase Smart Home / Building automation products, switch - socket groups and security system sales and ensuring customer retention and gaining new customers
  • Organizing trainings, seminars, online sessions
  • Making cad drawings and system solutions for home automation systems
  • Products testing and making reports
  • Project design
  • Conducting periodic customer visits


    GENERAL POINTS

    • Minimum 2 years of project technical team experience
    • Electrical - Electronic, Communication, Computer Engineering Graduate
    • Experience in automation sector is preferred, prior work experience in commercial and architectural office project companies
    • Has experience on Autocad
    • Knowledgeable about KNX protocol and ETS Software (Preferred)
    • Customer, training, service and product focused
    • With technical background to asses partners and their issue for projects
    • Able to efficiently plan and organize
    • Fluent in English
    • Having a Class B driver’s license and active driver
    • Can travel to abroad
    • For male candidates, completed military obligations
