Yöntem Kozmetik A.Ş., engaged in operations since 1998, acts as the distributor of perfumery channel of P&G and Reckitt Benckiser, Turkey Full Service distributor of Coty and internet channel distributor of P&G, RB and Numil.
Acting as a modern and reliable solution partner, it maintains its operations by establishing its sales and distribution network of cosmetics, fragrance and fast moving consumer goods with proven recognition and reliability according to life touching international standards on sustainable strategies with its proactive innovative and experienced teams.
We are looking for ''Regional Sales Manager (Black Sea & Central Anatolia)” for our expanding organization.The position will be reporting to the Distributor Operations and Perfumery Channel Sales Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG or Cosmetic Sector
- Minimum 3 years experience in team management
- Experience in Budget Management
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong planning and reporting skills, strong analytical thinking
- Strong communication & negotiation skills, result oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
İŞ TANIMI
- Design and implement a sales strategic plan that will expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by regularly visiting sales points which are in her/his responsibilities within Black Sea&Central Anatolia Regionals
- Managing sales and distribution team effectively and sucessfully
- Managing the annual agreement process with Key account customers and solving the customer's problems effectively
