QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager to take responsibility for high-end segment design and fit-out works.

Preparing offers, developing effective strategies on procurement&bidding activities and managing all processes by providing good coordination with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers will be your major duties.


  • Execution of Tender/Bidding Processes; To be responsible for preparing the fit-out project budgets covering interior architecture, electrical and mechanical works and periodically updating and reporting the weekly/monthly control of their progress, and preparing the material and labour connections related to subcontractors/subcontractor and suppliers taking into account the relevant budget and work schedule plans, monitoring the processes and presenting them to senior management
  • Regulation of Subcontractor Contracts: To be responsible for the arrangement, submission, and follow-up of contracts related to subcontractors/subcontractor and suppliers, considering the relevant bidding processes, budget, work schedule, submission, and follow-up to senior management approval
  • Making market research for potential subcontractors, suppliers etc.
  • Entitlement Regulation and Creation of Final Accounts: To ensure the regulation and control of monthly contracts related to Employers and Subcontractors, and Suppliers and to submit them for approval by senior management
  • Preparation of Concept Design, Facade Design, Interior Design and Technical Specifications of Projects: To ensure that tender files are prepared for all disciplines in accordance with D&D sets of projects prepared within the Design Office
  • Ensuring coordination of purchasing processes: To ensure subcontracting and supply management of materials requested from construction sites by the Purchasing Unit of the Technical Office Unit following the most appropriate unit prices and maturities and in a way that does not disrupt production on construction sites 
  • Subcontractor and Supplier Audit: It is responsible for checking whether subcontractors working within the Company carry out their activities following technical specifications, work schedule and contract, identifying glitches and deficiencies, giving necessary warnings; and implementing decisions to be taken by senior management if the signs do not yield results
  • Processing and Tracking data to ERP system: To ensure that tenders/proposals, contracts, specifications, entitlements, and projects within the scope of the technical office unit are processed into the Building Stone ERP system and periodically updated and monitored the ERP system
  • Editing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports: Project coded expenses and man-to-man hour tracking and unit man-hour and cost analysis (WBS, resource man-hour/quantity, etc.)
  • Ensure that the work carried out in relation to the Technical Office unit is submitted to the senior management daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Organizing Weekly Coordination Meetings: To be responsible for coordinating the work related to the Technical Office unit weekly and recording the decisions to be taken with the participation of the senior management, informing and monitoring the meeting decisions to the relevant people. The Technical Office Manager is responsible for providing the responsibilities specified in the job description above together with the technical personnel employees within the team.

General Qualifications

  • High-end segment office, store, restaurant, hotel, etc. have worked as "Technical Office Manager" in superstructure interior design and fit-out projects, shall manage the offer, entitlement, final account, and purchasing units, and has 10 years of experience in the field,
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, team management and coordination, analytical thinking, result-oriented, advanced problem-solving skills, systematic, dynamic and prone to teamwork,
  • Experienced in contract management and claims,
  • BSc degree in architecture, interior-architecture, or civil engineering.
  • Fluent in english
  • Good level of computer skills especially in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera and ERP programs
  • Domestic travel wihout disabilites.
  • No military service obligation for male candidates.
