We are leading company in glass and looking for a Marketing and Sales Supervisor for our Yorglass Bolu Plant. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree 
• Minumum 5 years experience in business-to-business sales in industrial production and Key Account Management 
• Good communication and negotiation skills, 
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent using MS office program
• Excellent teamwork, leadership skills
• Having Good systematic and analytical thinking skills
• No obstacle to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Residing or willing to live in Bolu
• Having driving license

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Finds new customers and business opportunities in specified market and product range according to production capabilities. 
• Makes market and competition analysis continuously. 
• Controls the propriety of the related customers’ orders according to agreed working parameters. 
• Develops the customer relations positively.
• Compares the related customers budget/order situation continuously. 
• Monitors the customer performance (financial/order/claim/logistic) 
• Makes business development and represent the company at related organizations.
