Production Engineer

We are seeking to work as a Production Engineer in our head office in Istanbul/Kartal. Our company is experienced in foreign trade and we are seeking for Production Engineer for the products in our website ytmpipe.com.

QUALIFICATIONS

•       Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Department

•       Fluent in English both written and spoken

•       Minimum 3 years production experience preferably in Iron and Steel Industry

•       Experienced in production of Carbon Steel Fittings, Carbon Steel Spools

•       Practical & technical knowledge for supplier qualification, material and production processes such as welding, machining, coating, etc.,

•       Good command of technical drawing and their relation to international standards as well as international specifications.

•       Familiarity with CAD software

•       Having an analytical, critical and detailed approach and proactive problem-solving skills,

•       Good command of MS Office applications,

•       Good interpersonal skills, dynamic team player, structural thinking and professional approach towards suppliers.

•       Experienced in documentation both preparation and following up,

•       Having continuously improvement approach,

•       No military obligation for male candidates

•       Good team work and communication skills,

•       Residing in Anatolian side of Istanbul

•       Valid driving license

•       No restriction for travelling (both domestic and abroad)

JOB DESCRIPTION

•       Experienced in API, AWWA, ASTM Standards

•       Making literature review in Iron&Steel Industry and making reports

•       Making production drawings

•       To ensure the products are produced in line according to customer requirements and related international standards.

•       Managing the production process with suppliers.

•       Responsibilities include, leading quality improvement projects, tracking quality issues and non-conformities of projects and production, independent and customer quality audits, supplier quality audits.

•       Manage&Improve the Supplier Management system
