ZEISS Turkey is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Specialist/Engineer to represent ZEISS Research Microscopy Solutions (RMS) in Ankara.

As Field Service Specialist/Engineer you will be responsible for service on ZEISS  Microscope instruments.

Your Job Description

• Provide full range of installation services, preventive and corrective maintenance
• Develop solutions to complex problems to ensure strong communication and outstanding customer service
• Provide technical assistance of the Service Manager and other reps for customer enquiries
• Conduct on-site installations of designated Microscopy instruments and relevant devices, accessories
• Provide best-in-class local support to customers
• Provide on site services to ZEISS instruments located in other countries when requested by local/global management
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries received directly via phone, e-mail or forwarded by other ZEISS departments
• Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner
• Participate in microscopy trainings/courses provided by ZEISS Global
• Contribution to some internal project to improve service excellence 

Your Profile

• University degree in a science or engineering
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of field service experience in a high volume setting
• Knowledge of microscopy & analytical instruments and techniques
• Preferably experienced in image analysis software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Valid driving license and active driving experience
