 ZEISS is currently seeking, highly motivated and experienced Field Service Specialist/Engineer for our Research Microscopy Solutoons (RMS) Business Unit in Istanbul region.


REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Physics, Electronic) graduate 
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician in Electron Microscopy or Optical Microscopy business 
  • Knowledge in theory and repairing of Optical Microscopes or Electron Microscopes equipment and high technology systems 
  • Experienced in image analysis software 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications 
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English 
  • Willing to travel frequently 
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • No military obligation for male candidates 
  • Valid driving licence and active driving experience

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Providing the necessary services in regard to installation, maintenance, calibration, trouble-shooting in the customer premises 
  • Analyzing the customer needs and technical problems in a fast and accurate way, offering necessary solutions, and ensuring the customer satisfaction at the highest level 
  • Being key person for the trouble-shooting 
  • Visiting the customers in order to analyze and resolve the problems 
  • Identifying the customers’ needs and sharing those with the relevant unit/s in the company 
  • Providing on-site and / or remote support for devices with the fault notification/s
  • Dealing with the customer complaints and offering the best solution to the customer 
  • Providing service reports to be delivered on time and in desired standards 
  • Communicating effectively with all target groups companywide (sales, management, customers, customer support center etc.) 



Preferred Candidate

3 - 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
Class B
