QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shipping Company in Istanbul, is seeking for a candidate for HR/Admin Officer role;

HR/Admin Officerworks as a member of HR/Admin Team reporting to HR Manager;

Responsibilities and requirements for the role are listed below;

 

REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor's university degree

·       Fluency in English

·       Effective communication,interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Effective computer and reporting skills (MS Office particularly and related)

·       Self-motivated team player with strong communication and organizational skills

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of self-dynamism 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

·       Locating in company front desk; welcoming visitors & employees and providing relevant forms in regard to Turkish DPL requirements

·       Keeping expenses of Human Resources and administrative as for the budget

·       Answering phone calls and conducting necessary informing & forwarding processes

·       Organizing all fax, post, cargo, courier and transport works

·       Following up and reporting paid, unpaid, annual leaves of the office staff

·       Arranging supply process of office pharmacy, kitchenette, stationary & cleaning needs

·       Registering invoices coming all departments and processing them accordingly 

·       Maintaining necessary operation with regards to the meal cards

·       Following up personal files 

·       Doing necessary arrangements for internal organizations & motivational activities & social responsibility projects

·       Taking an active role on occupational safety and health administration

·       Following İŞKUR registries of the company and making assignment registration of the staff

·       Supporting transfer, check-in and hotel reservations for global visitors

·       Maintaining and following works in regard to press (agenda, writting pad, business card, etc.)

·       Providing entrance card and parking services to employees by getting in touch with building management

·       Controlling and recording office contribution expences, electricity, water and natural gas bills to the system

·       Following and recording contracts that has signed with other companies

·       Supporting all aspects of administrative affairs

·       Being in tandem with vendor and subcontractor companies in order to ensure sustainability of company’s heating, cooling and other infastructure services

·       Following paperwork between the company and other public institutions
