ZF Sachs Turkey located in Gebze/Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a NVH Testing Engineer for Testing Services team for its growing organization.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering,
- Proven technical knowledge and minimum 2 years experience in dealing with servo-hydraulic test rigs, LMS TestLab and HeadAcoustics,
- Knowledge of vehicle and chassis acoustics, as well as experience in dealing with measurement technology for data acquisition and vibration analysis in time and frequency domains,
- Extensive PC user and well-experienced in MS Office and PC based measurement technics,
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, German language skill is a plus,
- Ability to work/cooperate with international team members/customers,
- Customer-oriented thinking and action, flexibility, enthusiasm and team skills,
- Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit),
- No military obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- Support the internal customers of our product development in the consideration of the noise emission from suspension components, in particular damping modules,
- Plan and carry out chassis tests in cooperation with customers worldwide,
- Schedule, conduct, analyze and document testings and results,
- Collaborate in project teams,
- Preparation and execution of on bench tests and in vehicle measurements, including analysis, documentation and presentation of results in accordance with internal and external customers’ requirements,
- Development and improvement of measurement and evaluation methods and tools for the experimental processing of noise issues,
- Working on basic topics regarding NVH chassis components,
- Participation in customer projects as a technical contact for noise behavior,
- Cooperate with NVH and Testing Services Germany headquarter site as well as with engineering departments worldwide.
