ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for CoC Process Development team for its growing organization.

•  Bachelors degree in Mechatronic Engineering from a reputable university or Mechanical Engineering with a good knowledge and experience in automation systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process development or production
• Fluent in written and spoken English
  
• Knowledge of 2D &3D softwares (Autocad&Pro-E or at least similar)
• Tool design experience is an asset
• Analytical thinking, team player, well organized and strong commitment
• Living in Anatolian Side of İstanbul or Gebze
• No military obligation for male candidates

Process Development Engineer will report to Process Team Leader and be responsible for; 

• Analysing feasibility of the new products, determining the production processes, necessary tools , equipment and investments,
• For new and existing products  designing tools, apparatus & fixtures, ensuring order is placed and managing its status,
• Preparing technical specifications for new machines,  ensuring order is placed and managing its progress,
• Preparing and issuing tooling lists,
• For new processes preparing P-FMEA  with  the participation of  relevant technical departments,
• Participating in problem solving teams,
• Planning, developing and improving production methods and material movements in compliance with ZFPS criteria,
• Standardization of  production processes, machines and equipment,
• Participating in new project team  meetings, managing & following new projects to sustain project status.
