ZF Sachs Turkey located in Gebze/Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a Quality Team Leader for its growing organization.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervision of quality issues experience preferably in automotive industry, including but not limited to negotiations with customer.
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, MSA and statistical analysis tools
• Knowledge of the quality standards IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
• Diplomatic, tactful and ability to remain calm and clear headed under pressure
• Effective attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with all parties
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting quality planning activities regarding new projects.
• Preparing initial sample report to the customers.
• Implementing and monitoring of quality measurements effectively
• Establishing a good communication with the customers and respond inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Participate in customer meetings as well as escalation dialogues.
• Represent quality interests at the customer.
• Maintaining quality standards that meet the management system requirements
• Schedule and conduct audits when and as required
• Train associates when necessary
• Responsible to ensure the calibration system is developed and maintained
• Motivate and inspire team members and lead by performing a good role model
• Function in a highly collaborative environment where flexibility and teamwork is critical to success
