Design Engineer (CTA)

ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for R&D team for its growing organization.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years of job experience
• Computer literacy – especially CAD (e.g. CREO/ ProENGINEER) – are essential
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Customer-focused thinking and acting, flexibility, enthusiasm and ability to work in teams
• No restriction to live for training in Germany for a short term (3 months)
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Create CAD models of shock absorber components (CREO) based on given technical specifications and requirements (e.g. sketch, template)
• Create assembly models, e.g. shock absorbers or outer tube assemblies
• Create and change drawings (CREO) in line with mass production demands  (e.g. tolerances)
• Change of mass production drawings including Engineering change management (ECM) in SAP
• Use of tolerance analysis,  ZF model checker and product data management (PDM) ProINTRALINK

• Create surface models (CREO) and complex components (CREO)

• Create overviews and comparisons for design discussions
• Provide pictures of CAD models and technical analysis for presentations
