ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for Process Engineering team for its growing organization.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university 
• Minimum 2 years of experience related with below given job description in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in working with cross-functional and multicultural organizations 
• Ability to interact and communicate with different levels of the organization (including management, engineers, supervisors, technicians, and manufacturing operators)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Fluent in written and spoken 
• EnglishAnalytical thinking,  well organized and strong commitment 
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

Industrial Engineer will report to Process Team Leader and be responsible for; 

• Preparing work instructions, process flow charts, SAP process routings 
• Updating layouts of production lines 
• Performing time studies, capacity analyses, layout / product flow analyses and line balancing
• Developing methods for increasing efficiency 
• Developing and implementing methods for new projects 
• Calculating the process costs for new projects 
• Making ergonomic improvements in manufacturing processes 
• Developing productivity increasing systems in production and material flow systems of operational areas
