ZF Group company ZF Sachs Turkey, located in Gebze-Kocaeli, producing shock absorbers for vehicles, is looking for a qualified professional for Quality team for its growing organization.

•  University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supplier development, quality management and project management in automotive industry
• Good knowledge of IATF16949 quality management system and other quality tools
• Understanding of APQP / PPAP requirements 
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Analytical thinking, communication and team work skills
• Ability to sustain a high degree of professionalism in interacting with all parties
• Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out process audits at suppliers and obtain the release of suppliers in coordination with central supplier development
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8Ds
• Developing relevant processes in the field of supplier quality
• To support the supplier development program
• Ensure supplier visits and determination of supplier quality targets, quality assurance and verification
• Perform fault analyses
• Release scenarios for the change of purchased parts, their processes and production locations of suppliers, release together with R&D and Purchasing
